What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead by example, ensuring top-tier customer service

✅ Support and motivate the front-of-house team

✅ Manage daily service operations smoothly

✅ Maintain high standards of presentation and hygiene

✅ Handle bookings, payments, and customer enquiries
